24 June 2016
EURUSD

EUR/USD had a considerable dive today in the morning on news concerning preliminary results of “Brexit” Referendum. The upside trendline was broken on the Weekly chart and if the price would fix lower this line, we may expect the reverse in trend.

The Weekly chart shows no trend as the price is close to the MA55. Quotes went down to the upside trendline and could break it.

The Hourly chart shows the downtrend as the MA-channel changed its direction to descending and the price is below the MA55. We advise to stay off the market today as there are high volatility and risks.

GBPUSD

GBP/USD went down to new historical lows in the morning. According to preliminary results, about 51,85% of British want to leave the EU and about 48,15% want to stay. The market had already included this event into the price. We await for market get calm on Monday.

The Weekly chart shows the downtrend as the price is below the MA55. “Cable” collapsed as the result of the probable “Brexit”. The downtrend is still actual.

The Hourly chart shows the downtrend as the MA-channel goes down and the price is below the MA55. Today we recommend staying off the market as there is high volatility. The risks are also extreme.

AUDUSD

AUD/USD followed other Currency pairs in the morning and went down after the announcement of “Brexit” Referendum preliminary results. The other reason to fall is the lack of additional support that AUD/USD had previously from Oil price.

The Weekly chart shows the uptrend as the price is above the MA55. Quotes are still above the curve regardless “Brexit” preliminary results.

AS for the Hourly chart, we can see here the downtrend as the price is below the MA55 and the MA-channel looks downwards. We recommend today staying off the market because of extreme volatility.

USDCHF

Yesterday’s breakthrough was doubtful, as you may have noticed it. The decision to close the trades was right.

The Weekly chart shows no trend as the price is close to the MA55. Current trend may change due to the results of the “Brexit” Referendum.

The Hourly chart shows the uptrend as the price is above the MA55 and the Ma-channel looks upwards. I recommend staying off the market today because of extreme volatility.
